2019年7月に知人経由で長谷川氏を紹介され、その後、彼の会社である大匠建設で建設中の西早稲田の物件建設を請け負っているものの鉄骨材料の値上がりにより資金繰りが悪くなったとの事で3000万の借入をさせて欲しいとの申し入れを受けた。そして、その案件を進める事で取引銀行から中間金の入金があるので必ず返せるとの事だったので、後日、金銭消費貸借書を交わし半額の1500万をビジネスパートナーと一緒に出し合い貸付を行った。
ところが、期日になっても返済は無し。
今となっては連絡も一切無視し電話も着信拒否されている状況である。
後々わかった話だが、長谷川氏に貸付た1500万円は約束に反し工事に満額使われてはおらず、長谷川氏に我々を紹介した仲介者とその仕事仲間で本貸付金の30%以上を占める500万を山分けしている。
このうちの一人は太田浩一郎(東京都港区西麻布在住)という人物で東京都港区六本木の居酒屋にて勤務をしており、過去に傷害事件を起こしている。
また長谷川氏はこの太田氏と結託し、当事案と同じような内容の話で複数人から数千万にのぼる資金を集めており、当然の如く返済を踏み倒している。
返せるアテの無い金を借り入れ、恩義があるので必ず返しますと口では言いつつも一切の連絡を無視し、一円たりとも返済しないという対応を見る限り、計画的に騙そうとしていたに違いないと思われます。
同じような内容で、長谷川氏または太田氏より金銭的な被害を受けている方がいれば是非結託して資金を取り戻すなり刑事事件にするなり断固とした対応を取りたいです。
尚、契約書類やその他証拠にあたるものも開示出来ますので、もし同じような状況の方がいれば是非ともご連絡頂きたいです。
追記
2021年3月に新橋駅を歩いているところを目撃し話が出来た。自分の非を認め必ず1500万を返済をすると約束したにも関わらず、同年6月よりコロナにかかり入院したとの理由で再度連絡を断ちそのまま何の音沙汰も無く逃げている。後に会社に連絡すると社員の方が出て外出しているだけでコロナになったという話は聞いていないとのこと。
嘘に嘘を重ね逃げ続けやっている事は客観的に見て詐欺師と変わらない。
株主を見ると長谷川成弘という人物の名があった。この人物は新橋にて長谷川建築企画という会社の会長であり同時に本件の長谷川大の父親である。
本件において長谷川成弘がどのような立ち位置で関わっているかは不明だが、自身が株主をしている会社に対して借入を行った場に同席し内容を把握しているのは間違いない。息子の詐欺行為に対して見て見ぬふりをしているのだろうか。
経営者として誠意ある対応をして頂きたいものだ。

大匠建設の事務所を訪ねると社員らしき人物が出て来て話が出来た。
長谷川の件を尋ねると前日からコロナになっており重体化しているとのこと。
前回もコロナにかかったことを言い訳に逃げていたが今回もである。
また、社員に本件の内容と事情を説明すると闇金には対応しないとこちらを闇金呼ばわりである。
長谷川から事前に話をされていたのか、
それとも会社ぐるみで詐欺行為を働いていたのかはわからないが、
どちらにせよこの状況で自分たちが加害者呼ばわりされることに驚きである。
一刻も早く連絡をして頂いて、お金を返して頂きたい。
コロナになったって逃げる奴増えた

建設会社が1500万で名前汚すような事して何がしたいんだろうね。
投稿が消えないところを見ても投稿するリスクを考えてもこの投稿主の言ってることは嘘じゃないみたいだし、企業情報見ても給与踏み倒しとかやっちゃってる会社みたいだしね。
まともに会社やる気があるならこんなところに書かれちゃうのが一番痛手だと思うけど、
大した仕事もしてないし失うモノが無いからから逃げてるのかな？

そう言えば、埼玉県八潮市で建築中の物件も8月中旬から、急に工事が中断していて、かれこれ3週間近く工事中断したままになっていあますよ。
これも上記の内容と関連があるのでしょうか？

9月末までに長谷川より何らかのアクションが無ければ本格的に刑事告訴で動くつもりです。太田にも個人的に金を貸したことがあるのでお力になれるかと思います。
私の複数知人も太田に同じ様な手口でお金貸して一切返済してもらってないようです。一緒に被害者の会を作り刑事告訴出来ないのでしょうか。

新虎の事務所、インターホンは無いしエレベーターでは行けない。どうやって行けばいいのか分かる方教えてください。
エレベーターのカギでロックされているので、基本行けません。もし行けた場合、誰かしらいる可能性はあります。居留守すると思いますが。
やはりエレベーターでは6階のボタン押しても行けませんでした。ココを借りた時点でバックレるつもりだったとしか考えられません。悪質極まりなし。

工事代金の未払いについては、刑法上の詐欺利得罪（刑法246条2項）が問題になることがあります。
注文者に詐欺利得罪が成立するのは、当初から工事代金を支払う意思がないにもかかわらず、請負人を騙して工事をおこなわせた場合です。
この場合、請負人は注文者を刑事告訴して、警察に捜査を求めることができます。
詐欺利得罪の法定刑は「10年以下の懲役」です。
初めから支払う意思は無かったと思われるのでこれ適用されないですかね。
大匠建設で施工した八潮の工場は工事が終わり稼働していましたので長谷川の連絡先を聞いたところ、答えてもらえませんでした。建築後のメンテナンス等もあるので知っているとは思ったのですが・・・長谷川に口止めでもされているのですかね。このまま時効まで逃げられる前に捕まえたいです。情報提供をお願いします。
