投資運用の自動売買ソフトで高利回り運用を代行するという金融商品取引法違反の常習犯 ソフトは架空で実際は社員が気ままに資産を預かり運用して破綻 高額ソフト代金と運用手数料を要求する違法行為。
住所は点々、法人名も点々と変える。
江湖は実家の長崎県諫早市に隠れていたが再上京して詐欺仲間と新手の投資詐欺に取り組んでいます。ジーエス後藤の法人を借りて行っていた詐欺は金融商品取引法違反ですでに有罪となり、川北と組んで他人名義を利用して展開している噂も有り。
川北宏一は他人に法人格を隠れ蓑として同じ手口で詐欺行為を都内で継続しています。その従妹関係にある江湖信之は金融商品取引法違反で有罪となり所得脱税の罪と共に罰金を支払いまた別の犯行を企てているとの情報あり。山梨県の不動産業者でジーエス㈱の李こと、後藤眞二を頼り法人名義を利用して詐欺をしていたがまた別の法人を売買して自動売買ソフトの手口で日本人を騙すこれら在日グループは未だに逮捕されていない。
